• Basic Vista 

  This training class is designed to demonstrate the more intricate navigation and functionalities of the Vista accounting system. In this class, the focus from within the system is: Chart of Accounts A/P Vendor Cycle Invoice Cycle Check Cycle P/O J/E The Basic Vista class caters to clerks, Assistants, and Second Assistant Accountants, as well as those who have never used the Vista system before.

  This training class is designed to demonstrate the more intricate navigation and functionalities of the Vista accounting system. In this class, the focus from within the system is: Payroll Receive Reporting Cost Reports Ledger Inquiry Running a Bible Budget Import Closing Periods The Vista II class caters to First Assistant Accountants and Key Accountants. The prerequisite for this course is certification from the Basic Vista class.

• Migration to Global Vista 

  This training class is designed to demonstrate the enhancements and additional functionalities of Global Vista for existing Vista users. In this class, the focus from within the system is: Changes from Vista to Global Vista New features of the Global Vista program The Migration to Global Vista class caters to those who have used Vista, but have not yet used the Global Vista system. Participation in this training class is limited to clients currently using Global Vista on a show.

Production experience is a recommended prerequisite for this class.

  This training class is designed to demonstrate both the navigation of the supporting software and the administrative processes of the EP Petty Cash Card for the card holder or administrators. In this class, the focus from within the system is: Creating an Envelope Requesting a Replenishment Approving Envelopes/Replenishment Requests (administrators only) Funding Requests Exporting Files An active EP Petty Cash Card is a requirement for this training class.

  This training class is designed to demonstrate the navigation and functionalities of Virtual Production Office (VPO). The on-site demos focus on the ease and interaction of document management, payroll edits, travel, and deals. The only prerequisite for this course is an Internet connection.
