Job Responsibilities:
- Process, print, assemble and package payroll.
- Handle and maintain equipment to facilitate payroll processing.
- Perform night, week, month, quarter and year end closings.
- Process client requests for print jobs, saves, etc.
- When not acting as an operator, the duties will be that of a Staff Representative.
- Interact independently with in-house clients and software regarding program requirements and applications problems.
- Provide planning and support for operations, testing, implementation of projects, procedures, programs, and all closing types.
- Main shift will be 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, but must have flexibility to work other shifts as necessary on a moment's notice (6:00 am to 2:00 pm or 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm).
Requirements:
- Experience with Linux, UNIX, SQL, windows, PCs, payroll, and accounting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
- Coordinate time-sensitive tasks to meet deadlines.
- Solve problems quickly and completely.
- Work with vendor technical personnel and escalate issues as necessary.
- Handle and work with technical equipment.

A Systems Analyst with Entertainment Partners will be a strong, confident person, able to operate independently, interfacing with both business and development communities throughout the duration of a software development project. A strong candidate will have solid communication and modeling skills. Candidates must demonstrate an ability to translate requests for software projects into concrete representations of Vision, Requirements, and Design.
The Systems Analyst will express these requirements and design elements by creating various UML artifacts. Knowledge of the entertainment industry, and/or accounting experience is a definite plus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Discover and scope business opportunities and proposed solutions from both a technical and business capacity
- Develop use case models, domain models, and other artifacts necessary to communicate business goals and system constraints using modeling tools
- Conduct focused and effective meetings with diversified groups.
- Assist Project Managers with work-effort estimates, schedule planning, architectural and cost analysis, technology selection, design, and prototyping
- Aid in the development of training materials and other required documentation
- Participate and coordinate test activities with stakeholders and end-users
- Assist in developing, supporting, and implementing best practices for Software Development
Requirements:
- 2+ years object oriented System Analysis experience in a software development environment
- Highly proficient experience with Unified Modeling Language and modeling tools such as Enterprise Architect, Rational Rose, et al.
- Must be able to express business requirements and design elements using various UML diagrams where appropriate as per the Project Manager
- Prior experience with case models, a must
- Experience in an iterative software development environment (i.e., UP, XP, Agile, etc.)
- Proficient communication skills (oral and written)
- Excellent team building skills, a must
