For product returns you do not need to complete this form. Instead please call (818) 955-6331 between 9-5 PST (Monday-Friday). Beforehand please deactivate your product, if already installed, following the Installation and Release Notes, making sure to notate the deactivation code you receive. You will also need to secure a return authorization code from a Support representative to process your return. For more information please refer to our return policy.
